Ian Rummels, Director
Ian spent 14 years at Ernst & Young (EY) specialising in all aspects of PAYE/NIC consultancy. In 2001 Ian left EY to form PES and has been instrumental in building the business to date. Ian is responsible for the development & delivery of the Wyatt Business Plan.

David Curtis, Finance Director & Company Secretary
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 2001. David joined the Wyatt Group PLC as Group Financial Controller in April 2005. David is responsible for day-to-day financial and operational activities within the Group.

Bob Holt, Chairman
Bob's background is in developing businesses. Bob is also Chairman of Mears Group PLC.

Reg Pomphrett, Director
Reg has over 30 years' experience gained in corporate finance and is a director of a number of companies. Reg is a Chartered Secretary and member of the Securities Institute. Reg is head of the Remuneration Committee.

David Robertson, Director
David qualified as a Scottish Chartered Accountant in 1979. David is Finance Director for the Mears Group PLC. David is head of the Audit Committee.
